Ran 3 miles at a 9:40 pace and did an abdominal workout. I'm really sore and stiff today, so I took things a little easy. I'll step it up tomorrow and run faster and put in 4 to 5 miles. Tomorrow will be a good running day with temps in the morning in the low 40s and mid-50s as the high.
Hi Nancy - Once in awhile I checked your blog and hadn't seen you in awhile. Glad you are back. Right now I am on a little ini vacation at our time share.
